Is your meat grass fed?
We have an all natural beef but it is not purely grass fed. We actually do not prefer the grass fed product as much because it varies greatly in consistency which makes it impossible to give customers a consistent high quality experience with their meal.
Do you have fresh sliced smoked pork jowl?
Sorry, we do not.
Are your meats hormone and antibiotic free?

We have a lot of house made sausages (we do freeze them for storage). I don’t have green onion sausage, but we have breakfast sausage as well as Bratwurst, Cajun sausage, Italian and more.
Do you have New York style Italian sweet and/or hot sausage. Please God, I hope you do.
I’m not exactly sure what you mean by New York style, but we do make a sweet and a hot Italian sausage.
